Failure to install KB938371
I ran a windows restore (from the installation disk) Now it goes to the point were you see "windows XP pro" and the progress bar and reboots... Could it be a virus? How can I scan for viruses w/o windows? Could it be a corrupt register? If so, can it be fixed? Or... do I have to reinstall.
